I applied a loan of 50000 and I pay a amount ok 38000 to the credit charge insurance and rbi charge but your executive calls me and he tolds loan amount is approved but it is not credited to me. Your executive is careless behavior.meanwhile I don't know your company is true or fraud to behave.

My loan has sanctioned on 03.03.22 but not disbursed to my account till now though auto debit option and other criteria fulfilled. Customer care service is so worst after so long time they take phone (after 20 to 30 mins ringing) and not satisfiable answer from them.

Its a worst company i applied for a personal loan of 500000 i got call from executive that ita approve and get disposal on 16 august 2022 but its not done now they call me again and asking for 20000 again to pay for GST amount previously i already paid 13000 for insurance and also pay the processing fees they keep asking for money just suggest me if a customer need to more or less 100000 for a loan purpose then why need for a personal loan i belive its fake company or they just destroy the tata name.
