I have been visiting Tanishq for over 8 years. The service at the Behala store has been the always great. The staff has always been very polite and helpful. And to add on i was delighted when Poly Paul joined Tanishq, since I have known her professionally for many years. She knows exactly what I like and want and suggests things which are practically worthwhile. She is a great professional and does her work sincerely... She's always there to greet us with a genuine smile and help us with different choices...Tanishq with the exquisite collection and Poly to help me is a Win Win deal for me..Always a great experience
Moreover the old gold exchange option that has been introduced is also interesting. It will allow customers to get new design jewellery and do away with old designs

Satisfying experience with this showroom in behela. Recently made some purchases and the store sales assistance Ms Deepali was much helpful and her service was quit satisfactory. Shall visit again.

They didn't have good designs at all. The salespeople were rude and snobby!
They didn't offer much help and were reluctant to show their products. Horrible service and experience. I would never go back there. I've seen a more rude and disinterested staff. Please go any other branch of tanishq but this one.
