I have serious doubts on their quality of test, especially Echocardiography. Typically it takes 20 to 60 min in other test centers. But here they are finishing in 4 to 5min only. I am really surprised to see how the staffs are hurrying up.
The charges are also quite high with respect to other quality organizations. They charged 2000 rs for pediatric echo. However the quality of the tests must be audited.

This is the worst Suraksha branch I have ever been. This branch has the worst receptionists where they talk with patients in a rude manner and shout at them. There is no system and no one knows when their time will come. If the patient doesn't contact personally with the particular test handler they would not even give a number. I went for an USG and if I didn't contact the test person I wouldn't even get a number in the line. I have visited the Phoolbagan branch and that one has a better service than this one. I will never visit this branch ever again even if its near my home.

Convenient Location. Just 3 Minutes Walking Distance from Kestopur VIP Bus Stop. Specially Recommended for Ultrasound and Radiology Department. Well behaved staffs and well maintained infrastructure as well. Just at my last visit I found a female receptionist quite non co-operative about a refund issue which should be observed strictly by the higher authority as for avoiding dessatisfaction of the customers who value the reputation of Suraksha Diagnostics. Overall a comfortable and worth spending experience so far...
