I think it's a private hospital , where you will get the treatment of a reputed public hospital , but with low cost you can enjoy a treatment for your life, families, friends. The atmosphere is awesome. The staff, nursing personnel, doctors are so friendly and careful about our crisis, Within a short span of time I Express my honour and gratefulness to all of them . Recently I had my mother in law's surgery in Spandan Hospital and the process was nice and smooth. There were some issues about the mediclaim documents in our side and we were mentally ready for going for cash based admission. But the TPA team of the hospital turned out to be our saviour by retrieving necessary missing information around the policy and finally helped us getting a cashless facility. Spandan Hospital is currently going through a renovation work and hence they had limited resources but the care that my patient got was as good as we could have hoped for. We had requested for a cabin and had got one too. The whole process starting from the admission, OT, post OT care and discharge were picture perfect. The OT was done by Dr SP Mahato who is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met.

Thanks to the entire team and I wish them all the best for future. Special mention to Joy and Ashmita from the TPA team. Without their help we couldn't have the process done so smoothly.
