I love this gym! I’ve been exercising here for the last 5 months, and I feel so much stronger than before. The workouts are built for everyday life. I have more stamina at work, I can carry heavier things, and best of all, I have some lovely new friends from gym class! :)

This gym is absolutely fantastic. The equpiment, environment, and most importantly, the people are outstanding. Consistently having the motivation to work out is tough, but the way classes are set up at Movestrong makes it much easier to get yourself out of bed and into the gym. My fellow athletes, our fabulous coaches, and obvious improvements in my strength and overall fitness are what keeps me coming back every day. :)
