Went there to inquire about their upcoming tours this year. The behaviour of each and every staff is very cordial and friendly and they explained me everything very well. It is one of the oldest Tours and travels organisation serving the tourism sector even before Independence.

Still I am not going with this company, this comming September we will travel Bhutan with them. But it's a very renowned travel agency since nobody was in this field.
Office is in a very prominent place. Staff are also cooperative.

Myself and my wife took part in the tour to Nainital, kaushani, Munshiyari , Patal Bhubaneswar , Lohaghat conducted by Kundu Spl held on and from the 19th of May, 2023 to 28th May,2023 .
Staffs were very diligent , gentle and Carey. Two Managers namely P K Mukherjee and Debasish Majumder looked highly efficient as also Carey. We found that they were efficient enough specially to take care of the elderly persons.
During tour we were happy with food and Transport as also Sight seeing.
But one thing to be honest needs mentioning. There are still some more scopes to improve Room Accommodations in the Hotels.
Overall experience is satisfactory.
Hope will be joining in some other trips in near future with Kundu Spl.
