I gave one star because your treatment is good but that's not the reason for me to give one star, it's because if you can give the treatment report a little sooner then it would be better.I am forced to say that your staff has no intention to work carefully because today I went to bring the report by 10 am I know the reporting time is from 12 pm but I had nothing to do as I have duty so I had to bring the report and show it to the doctor today.The doctor's prescription was stapled with my treatment receipt. So your staff tore the receipt and didn't see that my doctor's prescription was also there and tore it along with the receipt (I went to pay the money at that time). I did not expect such carelessness.

All visitors to patient party should remove their shoes before entering the patient's room and atleast one seating arrangement for visitors should be there by the side of patients bed.
