Dr Avinaba Sen is a very good doctor with very polite and humble behavior,came for my mother's laser treatment and no complaints with the medical procedures or whatsoever, completely satisfied. The cleanliness is top notch.
What I hated here is the behavior of the staff.If this goes on,I am afraid despite being very capable doctors they're going to lose a lot of patients in days to come.The old lady at the reception behaves with the patients as if they're her servants. This is very disappointing as people from well educated backgrounds come here to get treated and they don't deserve to get harassed like this especially when I'm paying money. She literally harassed me regarding almost one or the other thing and also my mom.
The staff behaviour is very important as before doctor arrives all pre procedures are maintained by them,If I don't visit Dristi Pradip Nursing home in future then one of the major reasons is going to be the rude staff behaviour.
