Europe Tour May 2019 from Kolkata was mismanaged and disastorous . Tour Manager had a different iternary from what was given to us and resulted in chaos and utter disappointment.Many places proposed and promised as per schedule was not covered. On many days dinner was served close to midnight.Behaviour of resturant staff was deplorable and unacceptable. Coordination between Bansdroni,Kolkata and Tour Manager from Mumbai was pathetic.None of the grievance was addressed.Only false promises made. Feel cheated and deprived for not fulfilling their commitment. No redressal or action has been taken by the company for the lapses, despite repeated requests.When trust is lost everything is lost.Does not auger well for the company.Wish the company takes corrective measures and fulfills its commitments.

I was waiting here for about an hour to submit my Thai Visa Application, but nothing was open. The Security Guard saw me waiting and he mentioned to me that the place is permanently closed due to bankruptcy, and it has been closed for several weeks already. The Royal Thai Consulate General does not mention this at all, and still promotes people to submit their applications and pay online here. Very unprofessional and irresponsible of both CKGS and the Consulate for not making such a crucial announcement and update. Do NOT come here if you're looking to submit a visa application or come for tours, you'll be wasting valuable time and lots of money.
