Although the Doctors here may be Good but the system here is pathetic . You have to wait with your patient for hours n hours .
I had an appointment at 2.10 pm n iwas there by 1.55 pm but till 5.30 pm couldn't meet the Dr . Other formalities were done but kept waiting for more than 3n half hours .
I was told it wil take approx 2 hours but wrong .
Anyhow the operation done by Dr Debasish Sir was fantastic .
So finally sabar ka phal meetha Mila mujhe .

It is a big eye hospital. Eye treatment is done by experienced doctors here. ????

What an amazing experience here. Visited with my elderly parents and the care and attention they received as first-time visitors was exemplary. The doctors at this hospital are very attentive and too polite! Having visited several eye hospitals in Kolkata, this has by far been our best experience.
