It's a playground in the locality of Murari pukur. The place is over crowded. This particular playground is used by the public and private usage. The name of the playground is "bomer math" or the playground to make bombs is so because many freedom fighters used to make bombs here including biplabi Barin Ghosh.

A badly maintained ground : garbage and other discarded materials such as plastic bags are dumped here. During the monsoon season it becomes muddy with dirty water. Unauthorised garages and other encroachments occupy part of the area. It is difficult for children to play as the meadow is uneven and potholed. Lighting is inadequate, so it is difficult to walk in the evening and at night. However, the area is large enough to be an ideal playground for children as well as a park for the elderly. The municipal corporation authorities ought to see to it.

Historical place in Murari Pukur. Presently few construction is going on but once it was used as play ground in recent past. Before that it was a crucial place for the Freedom Fighter. Biplabi Barin Ghosh Sarani is named to Murari Pukur Road to honour the great freedom fighter Barin Ghosh. Bidhannagar Station is nearby walking distance through Khudiram Pally.
