I bought a wedding ring here. These rings are WAY to thin, and you can’t even tie your show without it bending. It’s cracked, they wanted to charge a repair fee… and because of how bad this place is, we’re just eating the 28% return cost for the HORRIBLE QUALITY. We already bought another ring that is thicker and better quality. We will just go to a better store and buy the ring we ultimately want. Don’t buy here…. Honestly, go to a larger chain that would fix things for free.

And… after wasting my time here, they couldn’t give a refund for 2 weeks. Place sucks.

I went to behala branch. They gave me 85% of the price of diamond value that I bought 12yrs ago. They are not giving the value at prevailing price. They say it's their company policy. It's a loss to buy diamond there. Very poor.

Excellent collection and a very good friendly ambience due to the friendly behaviour of all staffs . I have purchased almost all of my marriage jeweleries from this store of Anjali Jewelery located in Gariahat. In one word both service as well as collection is excellent????.
