I am a little sad and disappointed because the hotel they booked for me and my family had such poor arrangements that I cannot even express it in words.
Geysers in rooms not available , had dirty towels pillow covers and bedsheets. Cigarette butts were lying in the bathrooms. It took so much time for the food to arrive that some people went to sleep without eating anything. I will not recommend anyone to book this hotel in the future.

Quite nice hotel. Nice room sevices and location staff was good and center place for every tourist spot to travel nainital mukteshwar bhimtal sattal kaichi etc

Fraud. Booked a room on agoda but after reaching the place the owner denied the booking. And after complaining to agoda, they tried to reach him but owner didnt answered their calls.
