We stayed at this facility for four full days, single group of eight people.
Room was good, they would clean it everyday. But something useful also got cleaned up like small piece of soap, almost empty paste etc...????
I am not sure if it's because of my lack of checking the terms before booking, I noticed the condition that only 18+ are allowed only after making the advance payment. Also didn't know the fact that the room cannot be locked even if the 8 members are from a single group...
The facilities are great, Air conditioner was working well.
One thing to mention specially is that the food in their cafeteria is very tasty and also gives a picturesque view of the mountains. Probably because of late night service the cafeteria opens a bit late by 10(as informed)..
Location is good, easily accessible from town. There are a lot of restaurants around this facility so eating is not a problem.

Zostel is strategically located, though not in the centre of Tapovan. It’s preferable to have your own vehicle with you while staying there.

Property is comfortable, they have a lift which is super cool. Rooms are of good size, and decently maintained. They have a common space which I think was small sized than what they normally have.

Staff is helpful and will guide you with what you need.

Though Zostel(s) usually has a no liquor policy, yet here it was being openly consumed in their cafeteria (that too without a license).

Dorm-mates were totally insensible, talking & shouting at 2-3 AM, in inebriated condition. Zostel should really take note.

Overall, decent for short sojourn!

Location wise it’s perfect, plus good cafés and bars located in the vicinity.

We had booked a deluxe room with a balcony and it was nice. The view from the balcony was great too. The room was just right with the required facilities. They also have common and recreation rooms for time pass.

Overall a good stay.
