We really enjoyed our stay here. All the staff are so responsive, kind, friendly, and professional. Any issues that arise are addressed in a very timely manor. We particularly appreciated Sagar who works in the restaurant, always helpful and friendly and courteous. He added to the enjoyment of our daily breakfast. The staff/manager responsible for checking in and out were also so helpful, infinitely professional and friendly, and totally committed to ensuring we enjoyed our stay.
I should also mention the great view down the Ganges!

Super nice location in the middle of the market (unless you are looking for some quiet place). They have incredible views and nice cafe with loud music (so nice depending on your preference, I avoided breakfast at 9am because of the loud techno music????) but I had a great lunch.

Rooms can be cleaner and specially... Mattresses are so soft and uncomfortable, that is why I changed accomodation after the first night, my back required it.

Everything about Shalom was so Good♥️???? We really loved staying there.
Probably the best Private deluxe rooms that I've seen in Rishikesh. Neat and clean, quite spacious, completely value for money???? An the best part was Shalom's location- Mesmerizing views will take your breathe off. You have everything at your convenience here.
