A perfect blend of serenity and spirituality can be easily felt at this place. This place has a nice and organized evening aarti and the sound system and lovely singers just add up to the vibes of the place.
The timing to reach to grab a nice place is 4.30pm.
If you want to be part of the aarti with dhyaan etc, you can sit on the the same side.
However if you want to enjoy the view of aarti, you can go to the platform built over Ganga ji.

Very clean and beautiful Ghat. We went in the afternoon when the Ghat was all empty which was a great boon for us as we had the whole Ghat to ourselves. It was a sunny day but the cool waters of River ganga were refreshing enough.

Had a great time at this Ghat. Please do visit.

This is the best place in Rishikesh. You can sit here for hours staring at Ganges and feel the vibes.

I went for Ganga Aarti at 6:30 PM but it was completely full and area over Ganges to watch the aarti was closed due to increased river flow. One must go 1 hour early to get a seat.

After Aarti, you can go to the Parmarth Aashram.

There is a shiv temple, a hanuman temple, a giant hanuman statue and a clock tower.

It is different every time you go there. I went three times in 2 days.

Shiv Bhole sitting in front, Ram Jhula on right and Janki Jhula on left.

You are not allowed to take your shoes/slippers on ghat. Flower-selling child will keep on insisting you to buy.

If water flow is increased, don’t risk to go near ghat as you can’t really guess where the ghat ends and river starts.
