The Palm resort has following positive and negative points. First negative points in my opinion,

The resort is fit for those who like drinking, smoking, dancing on very loud rowdy music, also perfect who bring their kids and let them see themselves and other drinking, smoking, dancing on rowdy music.. Want to show what real animals are their parents and those who are willing to fight in queue for food because some people don't know meaning of queue and will jump it.
I expected some level of behavior and class given most of them seemed educated. Of course, the resort don't know people who booked there in advance, but they can still have some rules and order to maintain the resort for all, even family with kids.

As far as resort, the common area toilets were not clean. The location seems overrated as there is no good view from the resort. I could feel that such resort coulf be in any City and you wouldn't have noticed.

Now some positive, the food was fine, better than expected for the price and included in the rent, the staff was helpful, The resort had parking too. The tent was clean, we found clean toilet in our tent and we also found bedsheets were clean too.

Rooms are not fully clean except beddings and floors. The corners of room and TV unit was full of dust. No battery in tv remote, no remote for AC. Toilets have not been deep cleaned, steel taps never been polished with scrubs. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Power keeps going, no DG backup in place. 2 hr power cut in morning. No tea served in the morning, breakfast will be available after 9 only so dont wake up early. Nobody informs you about breakfast, you have to keep asking. AC was good and powerful which is the only good thing.

Room was spacious, but not with good view. Not kid friendly, you have to keep your toddlers confined to the room or they will hurt themselves.

I stay in camp on 21/05/23 with family and friends. It was a nightmare for us. I checked in and paid advance for one night . After reminding them several times for toilet soap , towels and water jugs for night, they didn't give us. At night around 11.30 pm we are sitting in lawn and I saw one stuff (dheeraj and one more person) and asked for water jug ,he rudely refuse and abused . After few minutes he along with 5-6 people and pick one chair to hit us but we manage to stop them. . If there is any camera in lawn it will be on record . They are very drunk and high at that point.
I don't recommend this place specifically for family&children ..
