I am so grateful I choose to study yoga teacher training with Atma Jyoti , it was a life changing experience. I came away understanding the practice and spirituality of the yogic way of life which I have maintained in my daily life here in the U.K. my teaching is spiritual and intuitive , no lesson plans and keep fit in my class - rather a tuning into the body,heart,mind connecting with the universe. Thank you Vimal for such great teaching and to learn the practice of yoga on the banks of the Ma Ganga was simply special. If you are thinking about it, don’t hesitate , do it ????❤️

The YTT course at Atma Jyoti Yoga school was for me so important because it was my first meeting with Hatha Yoga and teacher Vimal and other teachers made it so profound, clear and full of love. They inspired my way being a good teacher for my students, respecting the traditions of Hatha Yoga.
The location is amazing, facing the Ganga river , surrounded by nature and high vibrations ???? Namaskaram

Graduated in 2019 with a smaller class, and it was a lovely experience. I'm actually from Canada and don't speak much hindi, but I never had any trouble understanding or communicating with the instructors. My heart grew bigger and my muscles more resilient at Atma Jyoti, you won't go wrong with the yoga teacher training here ????????
