Smelly, dirty blankets and quilt. Broken toilet seat. Dirty buckets. No geyser in the bathroom. Even in the bone chilling winters hot water is available only in the morning hours from 7 to 10 AM. For the current services and facilities provided the rate is definitely overpriced (2100/ to-2500/-). It's better to go for other hotels providing better facilities at similar price!

I happened to stay here over a weekend. The stay was really good because of the service and friendly nature of the management. This hotel offers great value for money being situated right at the mall road, walking distance for all the food and shopping places in Nainital. It also offers a full view of the lake right when you open the window.

Good service and take less time to provide any thing
10am is checkout time and 6 to 8 am for hot water supply.hotel is in mall road but room in first and second floor good lake seen and excellent common balcony for all quest.seating arrangements in balcony absolutely. And nainital is excellent place for spend time and i have no word to saying for evening seen in mall road nainital
