Situated at the beginning of Mall road, the location of this hotel is good. But everything else is just okay. Firstly, the basic amenities like a towel and an extra bedding took them approximately 2 hours to provide. Everyday they made a call to our room at 8am to have breakfast. Why do I have to wake up early as per your convenience? I am on vacation. I will not adjust as you cannot handle the crowd in the restaurant
My daughter started showing symptoms of food poisoning at night. To my surprise they had no first aid. Moreover we called the reception and they didn't revert at all. Slow service, average food. The buffet breakfast once finished took them forever to refill. So we left after waiting for 20 min for watermelon juice and chocolate sauce. Good view from the open air charcoal bar

Pleasantly nice rooms. The view of the valley from the garden is simply amazing. Food is also very good.
I specifically remember the chef going ahead and replacing an entire dish in buffet on a small complaint.
They arrange live music every night for guest entertainment.

The hotel has great location. It's right at the start of Mall Road which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, they have two restaurants one of which is open air.

The hilight of the hotel is that it has a temperature controlled swiming pool.

The buffet breakfast is good too.

Overall it's a good package.
