It is the highest point of Mussoorie and there are 2 cafes, one is Savoy cafe, famous for its patisserie and the other one is government approved (as they call it) restaurant, which also has large binoculars on the roof. But you won't be able to see much from it as the lens were not very clear.

However the atmosphere here was amazing. Cool winds, beautiful valley view and decent food. The only question is that would you spend 45 minutes traveling to this place and another 45 minutes while returning, just to spend sometime here?
