This place is ideal for nature and peace lovers as this place is mainly an artificial lake and encircling it is a garden with a lot of variety of flowers and other ornamental plants. There is also a kids park inside and a lot of benches are present for people to sit and enjoy their time in this park. At the centre of the lake a wooden bridge is present where one can take photographs of their own. Boating is present and it is included in the entry fees which is 150 rupees. Boating can be done at your own risk. But still life jacket is available free of cost. And the boats are paddle boats.

Beautiful small lake nestled in the hills of Lansdowne.
Very well maintained by the Army.
It has entry ticket of Rs 150 for public and Rs 50 for defence personnels. This ticket also serves as boating coupon.
The lake has beautiful landscape and garden.
It has a washroom facility.
There is plenty of open parking close to the gate.
Good place to visit especially if you have kid's along.

A small but scenic artificial lake and garden in Lansdowne. You can walk around both sides of the lake in the paths given, and you could also go for a quick 15 min boat ride. Entry fee is Rs 150 per head, which includes boat ride.

They have a small park area for kids. There are washrooms available for both, ladies and gents.
