Very poor experience with sales team , I contacted them for my booking related queries but got no call from sales team , only receptionist is responsive , even after 4-5 calls from my side for my booking , they showing no Intrest in entertaining me hence proving the quality of service they are offering from starting ,
Also they want me to text hi on WhatsApp to get details as if I’m the sales person wanted to sell the car

Better to book your car from other city and register here????

If they say work will take 1 hour then it's also highly possible that after 6 hours only half the work will have been done. Need some active upper management staffs. After meeting them it felt like Customers are made to suffer in such government job work attitude of employees. Overall work was done but could have been better in terms of customer satisfaction.

Overall experience was good but the sales consultant to whom I met Mr. Anurag sharma have explained me about the product was great experience.
