Full of customer harassment. We booked from this agency and had to face a lot of trouble through out the way. Full of irresponsible people. Even the guide Mr.Sanjay ( I don't know if he told his real name) misguided us throughout the tour. We went for a tour of sight seeing in Haridwar and Rishikesh but instead of taking us to temples the guide took us to purchase rudraksh and handloom cloths. Even he left us
and some more passengers at one place and went away with the crew. After that when we reached the tour bus by heiring tempo the Bus driver used Slangs and was giving threats. Requesting all not to visit any place with this agency.

Last summer I was planning to go to UTTRAKHAND and I found JAI GURUDEV TRAVELS online. They had very attractive tours at unbeatable prices. At first I was a bit hesitant to do a reservation with them since I couldn't find much information online about this travel agency. I trusted my guts and I booked my trip. So when I arrived at Haridwar my tour driver with vehicle was already waiting for me. What a relief! This has been one of the best trips I have ever done, everything was beyond expectations: hotels, driver and vehicle.

Mr. Ajay Arora, the owner, has proven to be very courteous and helpful from the very beginning, trying to organize at the best our trip to CHAR DHAM YATRA in the Nine days available. The driver are very professional and friendly, the accomodations simply superb. I highly recommend it, Mr AJAY will turn your trip into an unforgettable experience!
