The hotel has a decent location, near the main highway. The check-in and check-out were smooth, as we gave all the details in advance. The family suite room size was good. We had minor service issues, but when reported, the manager, Chef and the restaurant served us well. The quality of towels, room cleanliness, hygiene and overall ambience were also good.

The so called 4 star hotel... Personally I don't like this hotel. I stayed here for more than 5 times... every time in past I had bad experience with mosquitos... but during current stay in April, 23 i had good sleep without mosquito but this time the attitude of staff was extremely bad.... I seen few guest staying in the same hotel was completely unsatisfied with the service and had small arguments as well... looks like they take their Guest as granted... for me I wish I will not stay in this hotel unless and until i have no other option...

Had a nice stay. Reasonable price, good food, not far from Ganges if you have your own transport. Though the people serving breakfast can be more pleasant and happy, people at reception are helpful and courteous( namely Rajeev )
