Bus didn't started on time. It was 2 hours late in Hyderabad. Did not allowed to use washroom. Only positive is safe journey. Maintained speed between 60 to 70 for safe journey. But reached on time. If they maintain punctuality, can reach 2 to 3 hours earlier.

Worst service ever the traveling from Indore to prayagraj.
The bus is 3 hr late and the staff are too stupid they even don't know there route from where to go.
They did not started Ac whole night even after every one complaint.

It's ok but they will add other passengers by selling 1 sleeper to 2 or 3 passengers making bus crowdier like general coach in train. Its not at all acceptable
