This hospital is only care for money. Tldr ; Money ???? bas paisa paisa n paisa.

Good things : cleanliness, and good doctor, d k agrawal.

Bad things:
Unfortunately the hospital has a monopoly. There is no good heart care doctor in the vicinity. Instead of IT department raiding bbc, should look here.
Nobody has time to explain what happened to the patient, what n why the medicines are given to the patient. Everyone has just one expectation pay money.
Appointment does not matter, you need to wait for at least 4 hours to visit doctors. Even in ICU he gives you only 10 secs in the whole day. The whole team has only well written dialogue " pahle se improvement hai"
Charges are really high 800 for opd. 13000 for ICU per day. ICU is worse than general ward 10-18 beds are kept in a big hall and that there ICU.

The hospitality is good but whenever the doctor comes on a visit the patients family is treated like nothing and are asked to go out with only 1 member remaining. My concern is if you are doing so better provide a seating area at the floor itself and not on the 1st floor so that you have to travel again and again

There is no facilities for iccu patients family member stay. It's too much expensive. Behaviour off most of the staff member is very bad, especially the night shift duty of 3rd floor. They have no manner of how to talk. If you are from district like Jaunpur, Pratapgarh, Sultanpur, Kaushambi and near by district. I will recommend you to please visit Medanta Lucknow, PGI Lucknow or any other place where you will get more satisfying result and are less expensive. If you visit here, you have pay for minimum 3 days iccu and 3 days general or private ward. Whereas in other places, you will be discharged in very minimal days. If you want to save life, money, time and better facilities then visit any other good hospital. Announcement made in hospital is very annoying. Please don't take this review lightly, I am adding this review after visiting 3 time ICCU and several time OPD.

They are still not ready to accept the mistake. No one has that much of free time to write long review. I did this because my grandfather was admitted in the ICCU three time. We did not get penny of satisfaction. If you ( Team Handling Google Business Account) don't have courage to listen the real feedback, then please disable the Google business account and remove all posters from the hospital to rate us 5 star forcefully on Google. Every pic added here is belongs to your hospital 3rd floor private ward. If still want more details that I wrote this review without visiting hospital, please let us know. I will attach the bill slip of Millions (10 Lakhs)+ and more pics/videos of your sincere staffs.
