Pros:
1. large rooms
2. Has garden area
3. Prime location
Cons:
1. The staff is full of attitude and you won't feel welcome there. (Typical govt. Employee attitude)
2. Hotel is quite old.
3. Didn't get jet spray in the bathroom
4. old and broken furniture, even the door locks didn't work as they were broken.
5. The restaurant is extremely overpriced and the guy running the restaurant is really rude.
If hospitality and amenities are what you are looking for, then you will get better hotels elsewhere.
If you have a large family and you are okay with old overpriced rooms and being treated as if they are letting you stay there for free then you can go for it

Hotel is just next to bus stand.. literally you can hear bus stand noise from your balcony. Room size are decent. Restaurant price is high but room service is quick.

You feel like living in a sarkari bunglow, rooms are spacious with high roof. Food is prepared by experienced, matuare cooks and you feel like having home cooked, tasty meal.
