I hope this message finds you well. I recently dined at your establishment and wanted to share my experience regarding the mushroom pulao I ordered. I believe it is crucial to provide feedback so that you can continue to deliver the best possible dining experience to your customers.

Firstly, I would like to express my appreciation for the opportunity to dine at your restaurant. The ambiance and service were commendable. However, I regret to inform you that my experience with the mushroom pulao was highly disappointing.

The main issue I encountered was the poor quality of mushrooms in the dish. Approximately 80 percent of the mushrooms served were inedible and seemed to be of subpar quality. This greatly impacted the overall taste and enjoyment of the meal. Furthermore, I noticed that the dish appeared to have been prepared in an unhygienic manner, which further raised concerns about the overall food safety practices in your kitchen.

As a customer, I had expected the mushrooms to be fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Unfortunately, they fell short of my expectations. I believe it is crucial for a restaurant of your caliber to maintain the highest standards in terms of food quality and hygiene.

In an effort to provide constructive feedback, I suggest paying closer attention to the quality of ingredients used in your dishes, especially the mushrooms. It is important to ensure that only fresh and well-inspected produce is used. Additionally, I recommend reinforcing proper food preparation practices and enhancing your quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Good Service, Clean Area, but food is average....I have ordered thali and rice was not good.

Kinda good vegetarian restraint you wish for, cleanliness is well maintained, property dining, etc. But the main concern is regarding the food in which there is a strick need of improvement, the current quality is just above average and didn't match according to the standard of the restaurant which is decent though.

Atlast, for the restaurant owner, please improve the quality of the food and see the boost in your business????????????????.
