I had bought certain jewellery items two years ago from this store, they used to have a nice collection and a good staff. Today, I went here after two years and I was very disappointed. Firstly, the collection was not that good like it used to be earlier; secondly the staff was very very rude and uncooperative. They got irritated at every question you ask to them, the lady sitting at the reception wasn't at all bothered with whatever questions I was asking her. The staffhas reduced in number.

Except one all staff are of really very good behaviour but the owner is very rude arrogant and I'll manner person.
They have light weight jewellery but I don't prefer to go there again only because of owner.
He tried to deceive me by saying that the jewellery was hallmarked while it was not. When one of his staff tried to tell the truth he stopped her. I know the difference between hallmarked and non hallmarked but he thought I'm not aware of that.
Again when I asked him to took a photograph of my choice for sending it home to decide, he refused me , that's not the problem as everyone has the right for making norms for their business. I respect his guideline at that time but next day when went their for another purchase I saw that he allowed for the same to other customer. Is that a professional kind of behaviour. Very bad experience.

This is good for buying gold about gold purity and behaviour of staff and services. I recommend to all to come and buy once.
