Many reviewers would agree with this. Room service is much below any std hotel. The less said the better. The mgmt themselves should come an stay in this place to understand what's really needed. The list of basic improvements is endless.

The hotel in the civil lines area of Prayagraj is just beside the bus stand and very near to the railways station providing it a strategic location attracting good amount of travelers. Most of the customers are frequently visiting ones who come for work or business related work. It also has it's own restaurant. Breakfast is given along with the booking but other meals have to be ordered separately.

Big disconnect between the reception in the ground floor and staff on the 4th floor. AC in the rooms are old, noisy and does not cool the small room. Staff are lazy and pathetic. They don't clean the rooms after a guest checks out. The used towels and toiletries are not cleared. The reception takes more than an hour to address any small issued raised.
