I recently had an exceptional experience at this hospital. From the moment I entered, the staff displayed professionalism, empathy, and expertise. The doctors were attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The nurses were caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-equipped, providing a sense of comfort and confidence in the quality of care. I am truly grateful for the outstanding medical attention I received here.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. If you are in Lucknow, then this hospital is your stairway to hell.
My Grandmother was admitted here. She lost oxygen and we bought her here in an ambulance. It was around 8:00 PM and this person in the emergency ward was the rudest I have ever seen. He told us to put her on a ventilator otherwise the patient would die. As a medical rep, one should never speak to a family in that tone, especially when they are stressed.
She stayed here for 8 days on ventilator and developed bed sores in just 6 days!! 4 bed sores and 2 were developing. No care was taken. She was not cleaned. Her position was not changed. They shoved tubes down her throat mercilessly. They do not feel any empathy for patients. We removed her on the 8th days and my nani survived 4 days without the ventilator. The second doctor we consulted told us that she was given high antibiotics due to which the condition worsened and was being treated for malaria and diabetes while she had none of these! The ventilator was not needed at all.
Please spend money and put your patient elsewhere. This place is not worth it. The nurses are extremely rude and do not want to work. Doctors are okay but seem a little disinterested. The one assisting my grandmother was kind but the outcome was zero. I pray no one has to ever face a situation like this.

It has lost its value!!
Acting more or less like private hospitals. Few charges are told at last just before discharge .
Rest , staff is quite cooperative !
The amount spent here is more .....it would've been better to go to private hospital with that cost.
