Very bad experience. They don't have manner how to deal with customer, how to talk them and the person who sits on the customer help desk, he does not help any customer.
A customer baught something from there and he pay in cash then a person from billing counter said I don't have change so pay online .
Customer said my bank account has zero balance so, I don't have any other option for payment than billing person not help out with her .
After complaining customer service desk they just pretended to help but in reality they didn't co-operate with the customer.
In my opinion, all of the outlet of V-Mart which are in lucknow ,this outlet was worse where I went .
According to me staff have to learn how to treat a customer or a human and there was very limited stock for grocery .
I will recommend if you want to buy grocery then don't go here, you should go Spencer's which is nearest to the V-Mart and have huge stock.

very bad Behavior of staff not replacing the item without tag firstly the tag was not given and when we want to replace it then they are saying that it is not possible that the t shirt does not have tag very rude behaviour
