The pride of Lucknow is Baradari, as such, there are two Baradaris in Lucknow, one Red Baradari and the other white Baradari. We show you the beauty of White Baradari, which is a historical building protected by the Government of India, decorated with very beautiful carvings, green in all four directions. This building, built amidst lush gardens, is located near the Kaiserbagh intersection. In the Gadar movie, this building is shown as the house of Amresh Puri. This building is also very beautiful from inside, you can see for yourself. Thank you.

Safed Baradari is a Royal Monument-like Building situated in the Qaiser Bagh area near Oudh Gymkhana Club Lucknow. This beautiful marvel of Architecture will please your eyes at first sight. The Safed Baradari means a Building in White colour having 12 gates, the reason behind this name is this building built of White Marble and has 12 gates with beautiful carvings and Colourful Glass work done. The eye-catching carvings, paintings and light lamps (jhoomer) are very good.

This building was made by Nawab Wajid Ali Shah as a place of prayer like Imambara but in 1856 after invading Awadh this building used by Britishers as a Court where hearing of cases and file petitions happened. If you are in Lucknow then please adjust half an hour time and see the beauty of Awadhi style Architecture.
