I would recommend it for now as they're offering discounts. As we lack D-Mart in U.P hence this may play critical.

I wanted to put a formal complaint to the store manager but didn't get a chance. So the 80% staff behavior is nice but we encountered a strange thing on our visit yesterday.
We were looking for Walnuts & didn't find the brand we use generally, then a lady from staff came to us & was asking us to buy some other brand, to which we queried if any offer is going on her suggested brand & she became irritated & behaved rudely with us.
I just want to say, if you are irritated so easily maybe you shouldn't work in customer service field & that too when we didn't call her for any help.
We didn't get her name, but if anyone from Reliance Smart Bazar bothers to check the security footage you can easily point her.
We visited around 11:30 -12 in the morning, in the aisle where Walnuts are kept on 13 Aug 2023 & she was wearing a maroon shirt & black trousers.
Request you to please teach some manners to her & make her undergo a training program on how to deal with customers or leave us on our own to figure out the stuff no need to come from behind & then ruin the experience of someone.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at smart bazar clothing section. We got scammed by their workers. First they told us they will give offer of Rs 500 with a coupon and also rs 20 discount for parking. But they didn't mention it anywhere and gave us the bill. Two men were there at counter at that time they got benefit of all money. This will be my worst experience. I will suggest to stay alert from these people at so called big stores.
