Don't buy any diamond products from this store and brand. I bought diamond earrings from this store for our anniversary. Diamond fell one week later from the earrings. They refused to provide any replacement or refund. Instead, they asked me to buy a product worth 40 percent more if I need to replace it for buy value.

They kept making me wait instead of providing any solution.

They took it for repair and asked me to come after 20 days after they validate if it's due to manufacturing defect, else I'll have to pay for repair.

Caused emotional distress and waste of time and money

The Alambagh Store having wide collection of precision Diamonds. You can see a far difference between ORRA Diamond and other competitors diamond. You can observe great light performance and Shine. I appreciate the quality of Diamond, Platinum as well service quality of the Store Staff's.

Wide collection of a variety of all jewellery items according to everybody's pockets. Very patiently shown by the very polite staff. Good ambience and plenty of staff to attend to you. Also not to forget on a very approachable location by all main roads.......
