Pretty decent hotel even for families. Affordable prices. Rooms are having all the basic amenities like water geysers AC Wi-Fi lift etc. Cleanliness is not like 5 star hotels but it was manageable. Hussain Ganj Metro station is in front of the hotel so a cheap commute is right there. Staff was courteous and checkout time is 24 hours. Railway station charbagh is also very near. And many food outlets are in walking distance.
Although there are few things: rooms are not noise proof so you'll hear the traffic as it's in the main city. I saw rat in my room and the curtains were quite dirty. Dusty water came through the taps. But the rooms were not smelly.
However, I can't complain much as the prices are low too. I'll recommend a stay if you're on a budget and in a short trip to Lucknow.

Only stay if you don't find any another property free in Lucknow. They charged Rs. 1,200 for a small smelly room in this rate you can surely find a good place to stay.

The owner is a big fraud please beware of him... When I reached there we made a deal for 1000 rupees from 1500 but at the time of check out he remain adamant that the deal was then for 1500 rupees and since I was with my family I have to give that money to it was such a pathetic experience.he is a big cheat don't go there ..
