It was decent stay. The location is the main USP of this hotel. Come out of the hotel into the main road of the city. One can get all types of public transport very easily from this location. The property is well maintained and the rooms were clean.But the main problem was the mismanagement by the staff. There was no menu for the room service in the room. Upon requesting it to the room service phone number, they said that it is available in the room, you've got to scan it and they put down the phone. After searching the entire room we couldn't find anything to scan . We had to call again to the main reception.. This time they first said that the thing you've to screen is placed near the TV, which wasn't... Then they gave a phone number and asked to WhatsApp 'hi'. Then someone forwarded photos of the menu taken by some shoddy mobile phone. We were wondering what is the problem with having actual menu
The food was overpriced and too little in quantity. Don't recommend at all . The included breakfast buffet was good though

It was a very below average stay. I booked room for two. The reception was very cold and disinterested. The staff was mostly busy completing there pending work so that they can break off soon. we had to wave them again n again for check in. even if we were the only one checking-in also there was a family standing annoyed at the reception to complain about there uncomfortable stay. We reached room. it was just below average. Drinking water was only half a ltr for one person. not even the toiletries were sufficient. towels were old and just one. we had to make repeated calls to provide one more towel and house keeping staff was not even listening to our request. We had to make repeated calls to remind them. food was average, we went to roof top bar, music was too loud and there was already a party going so no other place to sit quietly was avl. restaurant staff was cooperative but food was average and over priced. altogether the stay was uncomfortable and over priced. food, hotel staff (reception and housekeeping staff). overpriced rooms and food.

Rooms are good and spacious but pathetic service. Poor room service and if you ask as well it takes hours for them to get it sorted. Sometimes asking something different (tissue/pillow cover) takes like ages for them to give(we stayed for 3 days and they couldn't arrange that as well). Food is okay not very great. Options for breakfast is also okay.
