The hotel is located at the heart of Lucknow, all places we easily accessible. We stayed here to attend a wedding happening inside the hotel itself and found it very convenient to attend the wedding and go around the city. The food and service was good and staff were always helpful.

Extremely satisfied with the services. Special thanks to Mr Jatin Jaura who has been assisting us with our room bookings since two years now. He makes sure our stay is as comfortable as possible and is supremely empathetic towards the elderly in my family. Only because of him we don't book any other hotel but Dayal Paradise; as I'm sure he's available whenever we need anything. He's definitely the best in his management and job; Pillar of the Hotel. ????????

We held a wedding here .
rooms are well built

Poor maintenance,a/c doesn't cool, lockers are spoilt.
Banquet facility: average
Service: in room- average
housekeeping - very poor
reception - average
Restaurant- attitude of staff is fine but slow speed
In general staff here is untrained and in their own world, unacquainted with Norma of hospitality
The best thing is the food by chef Tikam Singh. He is a gem with true desire to satisfy customer taste.
