We got here for lunch today and this place was just lacking when it came to the famous Lucknow hospitality. From something as simple as having no soap to wash our hands while entering, to keeping dirty dishes with bones etc right next to the entry door, the staff don't seem competent enough. We sat at the ground floor and heard a staff say 'why are they seated here?' . Paying customers don't need this. The staff had the most tired demeanor with absolutely no courtesies to follow. Their food was the saving grace, nothing to rave about but their assorted kebab platter was good, the galawati was the best.

It didn't have a good atmosphere on the day we went there. We found this place to be too loud, with mostly of the people present speaking loudly. They lack civic sense. The restroom was not very clean. The food was great but not spectacular. My wife and I found it to be too salty. They did have very limited selection for sweet dishes and in drinks. But the wait stuff and people behind the manager's desks were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was ok, though. Also, the price was it was quite good.

One of the few old timers who have morphed into fine dine avatars over the years. The food is still pretty much the same but needs consistency within outlets. Hygiene and overall ambience is always a kill joy. Running a spick and span eatery hasn't been a strong point for any of these players. The place is family friendly and fairly busy. Wait time could be long if you are slightly late into rush hour of 1:30 to 3:30 pm. Their valets will help park your vehicle since the lane is narrow, two ways and with unmarked parallel parking spots. They do provide take aways and parcel excess food from your table if needed. Service is standout and very attentive.
