Budget friendly shopping. Everyday there will be a discount on one or the other. Parking also available for both two and four wheeler. Cellar parking available. Situated on the national highway towards Vijayawada.

It has been horrific and insult experience to exchange an item at Mangalya. The staff has been rude and I don’t know if they do have any system to take complain from customer and simply asked us write in delivery report diary.

We went to exchange my daughter dress to bigger size as original one is little tight. Staff said ok but told to pay 450 rupees extra as offer won’t be applied or same price won’t be applied. We said ok and accepted to pay which is fine. Later, we went to dress location and no stock is available in desired size and we decided to keep the original item. The drama has started due to policies staff has asked to pay 450 to get original dress as well because they accepted to exchange which is illogical.

So, Mangalya is simply charging customers extra money to the which I want exchange ( without any exchange)

Not even happy to take complaints and rude duty Manager and some other staff.

No grievance policy
No customer support and respect
Consumer laws are not applying

Moderate prices with acceptable discounts you gonna experience here. Quite rushy place to visit in evening and weekends. They have all different brand stalls in their clothing. Drinking water provided in every floor. No lift fecility for customers.
