I had a very good experience here. It’s a big place with ample parking space. Also the staff were polite and very helpful. The self ordering kiosk was also working, though it’s bit slow in picking order. Food was delivered on time and it was delicious as at most KFC outlets. Overall loved my experience here.

Food quality at KFC overall and this outlet especially has got down considerably.
I had to send back the entire food as it was dry and not at all hot.
Service was also very slow and irresponsible. There was not even a proper response when I complained about bad food. The manager was delaying bringing back the heated food and I had to make 3-4 rounds to the counter to get my food.
I won't be going back to this outlet again.
Smoked chicken was absolutely cold and tasteless

Ordered some chicken pieces, boneless strips. It was too salty , not able to taste the chicken. The mix and cooking also was horrible. They should do a quality check with every batch to make sure it tastes well. I complained to them and got the pieces replaced after long talk. They assured better with another batch and gave another set of pieces. And it turned out to be same taste. The worst ever experience from any KFC so far. Arrogant staff too.
