Wish I could give snouters a 10/10 star.Lily had sucha a wonderful stay at sweta's place. A big big thanks to Neelam for helping me find a beautiful stay. Though the stay was only for daycare and my pet has a lot of medical issues, she made sure that I find a homestay for lily. The sad part was I've reached out to some other startups earlier amd since it was on short notice and less ticket size and since my pet also has medical issues,no one has reverted properly and then snouters came to my rescue. Sweta was so kind and postsd daily updates on the group. It was a wonderful experience. Thankyou snouters, Neelam. and Sweta for being part time parent to my lily????

My pet stayed with Venupriya over the weekend. She was warm and loving and took great care of my pet. Would highly recommend her.

I am very unhappy with the boarding service provided by Prasanti who stays in Chitrapuri apartment..I left my Husky Maya for the very first time yesterday mor4:30 am as I had to tk a urgent flight nd had to come back in the evening 9 to tk Maya back home...Due to her stress she got early periods nd Prasanti was very rude and asked us 300 RS extra..Money was not a problem but the way she spoke to us saying we lied that she has menses..Prasanti u also hv a female dog whose name is Pablo as u told me nd i hv seen with my eyes doesn't she get her menses ..what do u do...Incase my dog would poo inside ur house would u keep charging 300 RS extra...Prasanti says for all these cleaning we hv separate maid..so we hv to pay extra ..Gul Nag from snooters has given me this boarding for Maya,Gul Nag next time pls give proper friendly humanity dog boarding for pets..We want dog lovers not money minded boardings ..ok..This was a ver unhappy boarding and yes one more thing we had to keep requesting for videos she started sending pics nd hv request over the call which o hv recorded she gv videos..When a pet comes to a house then dont offer water they will leave the dog in the room and go to sleep..very rude service by Prasanti
