Don’t go with this hotel, unwanted things happening with in the property, Worst hotel ever ????I have seen I booked hotel room in Goibibo app, I paid total amount with in the app but at the hotel they denied to check in they charged 1100 extra amount, even window locks also not there if someone push the window door from out side it is opening, I raised concern at the reception- one lady is there at reception she is refused to give another room also. Her answer was call to customer care complaint against hotel we don’t have any problem. Even beds also not good in the middle of the bed very down Surface. Even water bottles also not providing if we pay money also????.

Either one take action OYO or Goibibo against the hotel.

I’m also trying to reach consumer forum will see what happens in future.

Terrible experience.
They charge double amount that of showing in the app.
We waited for more than 2 hours
After calling customer care number of times and lots of issues we got to check in

Rooms are okay, but they will not provide any basic amenities like soap ,shampoo, and water bottle.
Services are okay and very far from the centre, and you might find difficulty in finding the cabs. I will not recommend this hotel .
One more thing, they have charged extra money compared to online price in OYO. Nowadays OYO becomes very worst app in the world.
Thank you
