Pizza and all other dishes were amazing but service was not upto the mark. I had to ask for specific things even if those ordered items were part of the order only. And whatever good we try to order, it is not available. When there is something on the menu, it should be available especially on weekends. Apart from this the pizza was only tasty.

Worst outlet of Pizzahut ever visited. Lame staff ( or understaffed.) the same person is billing and then going inside. The store is unclean and They dont see what is being delivered to who. I asked them to give me a bill and never got one for me to complaint at pizza hut. Never visiting them again. This one is at 4th floor food court, sarat city mall

Before order pizza i personally said that I have allergy on chilli and asked them make for me pizza without chilli. I paid about 400 rupees.
At home i needed call ambulance because pizza was with chilli and i couldn't breathe because of allergy!
They didn't care about my health. I clearly asked them don't use chilli at pizza.
