They follow a particular procedure before consulting a doctor. 1stly we need to take appointment at reception area then go the the room beside the restricted area seen in the picture below, wherein they ask us reports history and then check our BP height and weight which is noted in a file given at reception which has our MR.No which is just like an ID used at different branches if you consult. They maintain our details in that file itself and could be seen whenever we go to any other branch of fernandez also. The charges vary from doctor to doctor but initial fee is more followed by normal fee for regular checkup.
The cost is a little high when compared to other hospitals and need to wait in que for a
Longer time but everything is worth the wait.
The Dr's are so professional they let us know about our treatment options in detail. And give us a clear idea about what would be the pros and cons of that procedure/treatment. Which inturn helps us decide what step to be taken next. They even suggest us the best possible way out to our problem and even let our family member come along with us inside to have a chat with the doctor.

I would definitely suggest the hospital if you could pay a little more than other hospitals. Because at the end our baby's health is more important than money.

Worst ambience, patience has a limit, they have given apointment of 12PM in the morning and made us wait for 3+hrs. No doubt we trust the doctors but the management is making of hyderguda is at worst. Fir the 1st baby we have consulted same Dr at Banjara hills and we never faced any hassles during entire delivery period. We will definitely plan our next visits at Banjara hills branch of Fernandes.

I have been comsulting here for my first pregnancy - the scans are done with such patience and expertise - my TIFFA scan experience was wonderful Thetechnician , (i think her name was Rathee ) was so polite , patient and sensitive. I told her I had history of vaginismus and she was extra patient and gentle with me inspite of her own hectic day. She sounded as excited for my baby as ourselves.

There is some issue with waiting for long hours in all branches - assistant doctors in OP can be moody, rude or disinterested sometimes due to workload but senior doctors and scan facilities are great. Especially if u are facing complications , these guys will know the best way forward.
