I agree that coaches are the worst thing in this gym but if you can workout without any help, you can build good physique cause the equipment is brand new and they change the equipment every year or two. Like dumbells, cable machines and benches are replaced regularly. If you are looking for a decent gym without any disturbance then i would recommend this one.

Very good. I have been going there from last 4 years. Equipment is enough and good. Trainers will really help you even though you are NOT their personal trainers.

Fast forward 2023 and the below concern is now rectified. The dumbells are being re racked by the staff. Thanks!
Old post: Been a month I've joined. The concern i have for now is the helpers are no where to be seen and the dumbells are all over the place making it difficult to walk around. You need to spend minutes searching for the weights.
