Clean but maintenance of room doors, bathroom fittings should take care

We stayed there for 2 days.
Environment was good room was specious. Behaviour of the staff was quite good.
But some problems are there hampering the quality of the hotel
In room no 315, room was stinking
Very hot water was coming in taps of toilet, Inspitte of repeated complain no attention given.
It's felt that hotel requires more staff at dinning.
Persons working hard at dinning and for maintaining cleanliness of the hotel.
Reception should be more active and more informant.

We stayed for two days and really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast buffet was very good. Location is very peaceful and we can have a very relaxing vacation here. Swimming pool is well maintained and room service is also good. I would definitely recommend for others and all the staff members were very friendly. Wish to come back again.
