Had a pleasant experience staying at Hotel Nala. The staff were friendly and responsive. Hotel room was clean and fairly maintained. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was neat and yummy. Loved the restaurant ambience.

Bar complaints
I am sorry to tell that the TV in Bar was not working. Nobody takes care of it. Important Cricket match was missed. After all we come here to spend time peacefully in drinking and watching g TV. I request your good office to take steps immediately possible. Kindly respect human sentiment.

Except the not availability of variety of foods after 3pm the food, staff, cleanliness, taste, quality, quantity is amazing. If you really wanna enjoy food u better be before 3pm coz after that u can have only fried rice and noodles. Food is gonna be served late coz they won’t comprise their quality. Over all everything is amazing
