I called two weeks earlier to book a room. The lady or receptionist attended the call took my name and said the room is reserved.
When I landed on the day , after a tiring journey.
The lady said all rooms are FULL ! When I mentioned that I had reserved and called two weeks back . She completely denied and told a bunch of lies.
She called some other guy , a sort of manager , who could not do anything.
ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT IT IS VERY VERY BAD UNRELIABLE MANAGEMENT.

Yes it was fantastic. Obviously not a star hotel but very neat and comfortable rooms for 3 people. It was great for a town like Swami Malai. Just outside the temple gate. Very easy for elders to walk to temple hardly about 100-150 feet. Great and Courteous staff behaviour. Air conditioner room was good. They had a king size bed. This was in Room 101. In Bathroom although flush worked well the flush button came out. Only a minor issue otherwise great room to stay only. No food services here.

Hotel is in prime location just 200 metres from the temple main entrance. Staff are good and well behaved. Only for food you have to walk approximately less than 500 metres. Hot water was not hot at all and just it was a warm water. Probably morning everyone is taking bath and going to temple may be the reason. That's to be looked into. Room was neat and clean. I would have rated 4.5 out of 5 but there is no provision for that in rating.
